  •  In 2005 HumaNext introduced its first 3-in-1 Trainer Certification event in New York. This was followed by annual conferences in NY and California, until we shifted on online certification. 
  • From the start, our 3-in-1 approach combined training and coaching, by offering our "Coaching Course" as the third of the three deliverables, together with Heart & Mind Learning (facilitation techniques) and a choice of one of our workshops, such as Emotional Intelligence, Diversity and Inclusion, Creativity, Compelling Communications, Employee Engagement, or others. 
  • Building on that tradition, we deliver one-to-one coaching accompanied by content, models and practices from the best of our training workshops.

1- One-to-One with Your Coach

Coaching to Move Together Towards Your Goals

You will work directly, one-on-one, with your coach with a total focus on your specific needs and goals. There is nothing like this kind of personal coaching relationship to make a real difference in your capabilities and performance towards your bigger goals.


The sessions are about 45 minutes each, done over the phone or other virtual systems with audio only for total focus on the process. Research has shown that using video is less effective as people tend to worry about how they look and their surroundings, distracting from their ability to listen and get engaged in a deep conversation about learning, practicing, and growth.


With one-on-one coaching, we have enabled mangers, leaders, trainers,  and change-makers to elevate their game and achieve their bigger goals.

Your coach is Francois Basili, founder and President of HumaNext. Basili had a solid business executive experience as Manager of Commercial Operations for the Bechtel Group for the largest engineering and city planning and building project in the Middle East at the time, the $20 Billion Jubail Project. 

He then served as Director of Communication, Training, and Development for a large healthcare organization in New York for 12 years.


In 2002, he founded HumaNext, where he developed and delivered programs used by some of America's leading organizations including Dell, General Dynamics, Mayo Clinic and US Army. He certified hundreds of trainers and consultants to deliver his workshops around the world. He trained and coached hundreds of consultants, executives, and educators who use his programs to develop others around the world.
