What Certification Means:
Francois Basili, founder and President of HumaNext. has a wide business and training/ coaching experience in both for-profit and non-profit organizations in the US and abroad.
- All HumaNext programs are in a digital / electronic format and as such they cannot be returned for refund after they are sent to client by email or placed for them online.
- Orders that have been placed and the products or programs have not been received or fulfilled maybe cancelled withing 30 days for a refund of the amount paid minus 15% processing / restocking fee. Requests regarding any order after one year of placement cannot be checked or responded to.
- All programs that require access to online websites such as our online assessments and our trainer certification programs must be completed within six months from purchase, after which time access will not be available. In certain situations a request for an additional period of six months may be made to be approved by HumaNext. Extension for ability to use these products with online access beyond that may not be possible, and in all cases will require additional fees determined by HumaNext.
